Aspen is selective with the people she trusts and appreciates having the time and space to make those decisions for herself. Once she feels comfortable and secure, she enjoys companionship on her own terms. She does not enjoy loud noises, sudden movements, or busy environments, so she would do best in an adult-only home without children.

She may be able to live with other pets if they share her calm, respectful nature and are willing to give her the personal space she values. Aspen is very good at communicating her boundaries and will let you know with a few vocal opinions or a swat if she's had enough attention for the moment.
